A quote is written after an examination, not before one. You meet the dentist, who examines the tooth and takes an X-ray where that is useful, and then explains which options are suitable, how many visits each is likely to take and what each is estimated to cost.

That is why the table gives ranges and starting figures. Material choice follows the situation rather than the price list, and the state of the tooth underneath changes how much work it needs — so the estimate for your own treatment is given to you before treatment begins.

The treatment figures in the table are the clinic’s everyday prices. There is no separate promotional price list and no “regular price” waiting to be crossed out — the figure you read today is the same one the next patient reads, and none of it expires at the end of a month.

A treatment-day bill is made of lines you can read: the treatment itself at its published figure, and a sterilisation and medical-service line of 150–300 THB for the visit. Where an X-ray or scan is useful it is priced before it is taken — a single film is 350 THB, a panoramic image 1,300 THB and a CT scan 3,000–6,000 THB depending on coverage.

Your first examination, consultation and written quote are free — there is nothing to pay for any of the three. An implant figure covers the implant itself, priced by the system used; the crown fitted onto it is quoted as its own line, so the two never hide inside each other.

If the examination shows the plan should change, the dentist explains the new figure before any work begins — nothing is added to a bill that was not named to you first. The list is the same for Thai and international patients.
