Privacy Policy
CUBE Dental Clinic ("the clinic", "we") operates this website (cube.in.th) and the Cube Dental EMR application used by our staff. This policy explains what personal data we collect, why we collect it, and the rights you have under Thailand’s Personal Data Protection Act B.E. 2562 (PDPA). Effective 1 January 2026.
Data we process
For patients and visitors
- Contact details (name, phone number, email) you share when booking, contacting us, or chatting on the website
- Health and treatment information recorded by our clinical team when you receive care — medical history, examination findings, treatment notes, and the photographs and documents needed for diagnosis and treatment
- Payment and billing records for treatment you receive
On the website
- Our contact, booking, and chat forms send your message and contact details to clinic staff
- With your consent, we set cookies to help us improve our products and services
- A basic visit counter records which page is being read and the visitor’s country; it records no name and no precise location
For staff using the Cube Dental EMR app
- Staff accounts are created by the clinic administrator (name, username, role) — there is no public registration
- Actions in the medical-records system are logged (an audit trail) to keep patient data safe
- Face ID / Touch ID unlock is processed entirely on the device by Apple’s framework — biometric data never reaches us
Why we process it
- To provide dental care and keep lawful medical records
- To manage appointments, billing, and follow-up care
- To respond to your enquiries
- To keep patient data secure (access control, audit logs)
We do not sell personal data, and we do not use patient health data for advertising.
Storage and retention
Records are stored in access-controlled cloud infrastructure (our database provider, Supabase). Medical records are retained for at least 5 years as required by Thai law on medical facilities, then securely deleted. Website enquiry data is kept only as long as needed to handle your enquiry.
Your rights under the PDPA
You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal data; object to or restrict its processing; or withdraw consent — subject to the clinic’s legal duty to retain medical records. Contact us using the details below and we will respond within 30 days. If you believe your data rights have been violated, you may lodge a complaint with Thailand’s Personal Data Protection Committee (PDPC).
